Data Access and Deletion

Authorized Amazon Ads users can revoke application access and request deletion of advertising data held by our internal application.

Revoke future access

  1. Sign in to the relevant Amazon Ads account.
  2. Open Access and Settings, then Third Party Applications.
  3. Locate our internal application and remove its authorization.

Revocation prevents the application from requesting new advertising data for that authorization.

Request deletion

Email 386151897@qq.com with the subject “Advertising data deletion request”. Include the marketplace and advertising profile name, but do not send passwords, access tokens, refresh tokens, verification codes, or customer personal information.

We will verify that the requester is authorized, confirm the scope of the request, and delete applicable locally stored advertising data unless retention is required by law, security, or an unresolved accounting obligation.

Response

We aim to acknowledge a valid request within seven business days and complete the applicable deletion within thirty days.
